In the 1st weekend of February
I had a half day trip with my dear
and his KL friends
in PENANG~!
Ahahahaha...
Although I'm a 100% Penangite
but I'm not really familiar 100% with this lovely island...
So... time to walk around
and get to know more deeply about Penang island
First, of course we have to eat breakfast (or brunch)
before we move our footstep...
We ate at New World Park
Just the dishes were quite a lot la... =.=''

As it was the dry tom yam noodle...
I sure usually we eat Tom Yam soup maggi or Fried Tom Yam maggi...

We start to think where should we go...
Actually our KL friends have a Penang map
If you look at the map,
there are few places are recommended...
So let's start our trip~! ^^

We decided to walk to another temple
But before that, let's have some chill out...

The coconut ice cream was nice to eat~!
Too bad la small scoop only...
And I don't have the chance to eat in Thailand T^T
Hope next time will grab the chance

And it was just opposite of that Thai Buddhist Temple~
Hahahaha...
Easier right? Just walked few steps to reach there...

Seriously, it's really such a decade I never visit Fort Cornwallis
( Who will come here walk walk while it's really nothing to see
Except few canons... =.='' )
Well, as it's one of the Penang tourist places
Surely we bring KL friends there...
Hahahaha...
Most important is~
NOTHING TO SEE AH...
Just walk around under the sun
Take picture with those canons...
RM2 for the ticket and just treat it donate to Penang lo... ^^
If you have the chance to visit there,
don't forget to drop by the food stall just infront Fort Cornwallis
Inside there got a stall
Selling famous Mee Sotong~!!!
And coconut milk shake
( But KL friend said that milk shake boss kinda rude~! )
So we ordered Mee Sotong Rebus and Fried Mee Sotong only...

Of course we should have some ice in the hot sunny day~
So we enjoyed the famous Penang Road Cendol...
And it was crazily full of people...
No matter what races, all came to queue up and stand beside the stall
Just to eat the Cendol...

After finished, we head to another destination...
Kek Lok Si Temple~
Penang has lot of famous tourist destinations
are temples... Hahahaha
This is our culture part...
Nice decoration and peaceful place
Attract a lot of Asian tourists...
Must visit Kek Lok Si on the night time
Especially during CNY!
The light deco is really nice...
Too bad I don't have time to go on night~
But still can see the colorful nice deco in day time...

Finally, we ended our trip by ate the Air Itam Laksa
Very famous oh...
But I don't eat Laksa...
Hahahaha...
Some say nice but portion abit small
Some say just normal only...
No matter how, I won't touch it~

Why we only spent half day for the trip in Penang?
Because we have to rush to Kedah at night
We will have another half day trip in Thailand~!
